CGTV, the Casino and Gaming Television network targeted to the millions of enthusiasts who celebrate the casino lifestyle, is partnering with one of Canadašs leading gaming and entertainment production houses, Boardwalk Gaming and Entertainment Inc., to launch CGTV Canada in the second quarter of next year.
