OneSTOP Toronto Inc., operator of the oneSTOP Network, Toronto Transit Commission's Private Digital Network (Platform Display Units), has secured an exclusive content sponsorship agreement with CHUM Television. CHUM's Toronto flagship station Citytv, will be the exclusive news, sports and weather provider for the network. This agreement is the first of many significant partnerships in development. In addition to Citytv's content, the network will provide real time transit information and other value-add content to subway riders.

| CHUM to purchase Craig Media |

CHUM Limited announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase all the shares of Craig Media Inc., which includes the three "A Channel" conventional television stations in Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg; CKX, a CBC-affiliate station in Brandon; the newly launched Toronto1 station in Toronto; and the MTV, MTV2 and TV Land digital specialty television channels. The transaction is subject to Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and other approvals and closing conditions customary for this type of transaction.

Barry Dodd, The New VI's Director of Programming and Independent Production, today announced this year's screen initiative - part of the station's ongoing $12 million / 7 year commitment to BC's independent production community. The Reel Edge Project invites applications from BC producers capable of making made-for-TV movies within a $1 million budget.

CHUM Television was honoured with five awards at The New York Festivals' 45th Annual International Television Programming and Promotion Awards. These prestigious awards recognize the world's best work in news, documentaries, entertainment, children's programming, music videos and promotion spots. The awards were announced in New York at the Marriott Marquis on Friday, January 18, 2003.
