| Rogers and Microsoft Transform the TV Experience |

Rogers Communications Inc. announced today that the Rogers On Demand app on Xbox 360 will be coming to the newly designed Xbox LIVE dashboard this holiday season. The app is the first time Rogers On Demand will be available on a gaming console, and is just one of many new TV innovations expected from Rogers in the next few months.

The emotional and physical pressures placed on 11-14 year old athletes from their sports-obsessed parents is a very real and problematic trend. These are talented kids who have spent the better part of their childhood training to become mega-athletes. The child athlete culture has parents fixating on only one aspect of their kids’ lives, and they lose focus on what is important. These Sports Dads (and Moms) need a time out.

Today, Business News Network (BNN) makes it easier for viewers to get the financial information and news they need. This morning, BNN unveils a new look and feel with a larger font, bigger news crawl, a modified news ticker, and a new background colour so that scrolling information and data is easier to read. In addition, BNN returns the data tower to the right side of the screen; in it viewers will find indices, currency and commodity information as well as the opportunity to preview upcoming interviews and events throughout the day.

The debut of CTV’s newest fall series GRIMM delivered anything but grim audiences Friday when an impressive 1.53 million viewers watched the stand-alone premiere at 8 p.m. Against Game 7 of the World Series, GRIMM was Canada’s most-watched television program Friday night in total viewers and all key adult demos, and becomes one of the most-watched new drama premieres of the season, following the debuts of PAN AM, ONCE UPON A TIME, and UNFORGETTABLE. As a result of its debut success, CTV moves the series into simulcast Fridays at 9 p.m. ET beginning this Friday, Nov. 4.
