Programming Highlights: Season 2 of 'He Said, She Said With Ken and Mary Jo' Tops Viva's April Programming Highlights

Ken Kostick and Mary Jo Eustace are back for a second season of their fresh, funny and delectable half-hour cooking show He Said, She Said with Ken & Mary Jo. In season 2, the duo do their usual slicing and dicing of the food – and sometimes each other – as they banter on everything from their relationships and their daily lives to cooking tips and menu ideas. Each episode features Ken and Mary Jo making two very different meals using one “star ingredient”. Ken will most often take the healthier approach, while it’s all about taste and indulgence for Mary Jo. Special guests also drop in from time to time to spice up the daily dish.

In Vanity Lair, 10 beautiful people move into the impressive Vanity Lair mansion and compete under one roof in an attempt to be crowned “the most beautiful.” There, they will live together, enjoying all the trappings of a luxurious lifestyle, but each week, new people arrive and attempt to make it into the house. The new arrival who can convince the residents that they are the most attractive gets to move in. The repercussion is that in turn, the new arrival kicks out the resident they feel is least attractive. At the end of the series, the most attractive person will win the cash grand prize. This 11-episode series, hosted by Alexa Chung (Gok’s Fashion Fix), premieres Monday, April 6 at 9 p.m.

CTV Montreal announced today that its early morning local newscast FIRST NEWS has been cancelled and will be replaced by the first half-hour of the national broadcast of CANADA AM from 6 - 6:30 a.m. The cancellation will result in the loss of four positions, one of which is currently vacant.
