JERSEY SHORE Fist Pumps Its Way To Its Biggest Audience Ever on MTV

An MTV audience of fist pumpers united on Thursday for the Season 2 premiere of JERSEY SHORE garnering the largest audience ever for the series. The episode won its timeslot (10 – 11 p.m. ET) with the P12-34 audience amongst Canadian and US Non-Sports Specialty Networks. It also brought in its largest teen audience ever, ranking #1 amongst all Canadian and US Specialty Networks and #2 in its timeslot overall behind CTV. The highly-anticipated return of the series garnered an average of 255,000 viewers, beating the series previous audience record. The Season 2 premiere saw an increase of 174% over the average viewership of Season 1.
